You're under a car.
The phone's ringing.
Lumi answers it.
ClawbitAI is an AI receptionist for UK garages. It answers your phone and your website chat when you can't, and takes MOT, service and repair booking requests so customers don't ring the next garage instead.
- Answers calls when you're busy or closed
- Website booking chat for MOTs, services and repairs
- Collects reg, vehicle, preferred day and contact details
- Tells drivers not to drive with brake or steering problems
- Sends every request to you by email, ready to confirm
Why garages lose bookings
Hands full, phone ringing
When everyone's in the workshop, calls go to voicemail. Many callers won't leave a message. They ring the next garage.
Out-of-hours enquiries
Drivers remember their MOT in the evening or at the weekend. Lumi takes the request then, and it's in your inbox in the morning.
Same questions, all day
"How much is an MOT?", "Are you open Saturday?", "Can you look at my brakes?" Lumi answers from the facts you give it.

The honest bit
- ClawbitAI is new. It has been tested on real calls, but no garage is using it yet. You'd be one of the first, and I'd set it up personally.
- Lumi takes booking requests. You confirm the actual slot, because Lumi doesn't see your workshop diary unless we connect a calendar you already use.
- Lumi never diagnoses faults or quotes repair prices. It only gives prices you tell it to.
- The chat above is a demo garage, not a real one.
