What ClawbitAI does

Answers when you can't. Lunchtime, on a job, after hours. It says up front that it's an AI assistant.

Answers your approved FAQs. Only the answers you sign off. Anything else goes to a person.

Books or takes a message. Checks your Google Calendar and books, or takes the caller's details.

Logs every call. To a Google Sheet you own, so you can see what came in.

It doesn't diagnose, prescribe or give legal or financial advice, and it doesn't guess at answers you haven't approved.

ClawbitAI has been built and tested through 11 real call scenarios: new enquiries, bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, price questions, awkward callers, background noise and urgent calls. It hasn't run for a paying client yet. That's why the first 5 get setup free, and why Matthew sets each one up personally.

Who it's for

UK businesses. Places go to the first 5 accepted applications received before 23:59 on 30 October 2026. Applying doesn't commit you to anything, and we may decline an application if ClawbitAI isn't a good fit for how your business takes calls.

What's free and what you pay

The Starter setup fee (normally £395) is waived. The service is £297 a month on the Starter package (1 line, 300 minutes a month, then £0.16 a minute). The term and notice period are set out in your written agreement before you pay anything.

The Loom video and questionnaire

In return for free setup, we ask that after 30 days live you record a short Loom video and complete a review questionnaire about your experience. We ask for your honest view, positive or negative. You choose what to say, and we won't edit it to change its meaning. We'll only publish your video or answers, or your business name, with your written permission. Anywhere we publish them, we'll say clearly that you received free setup in return.

Your data and your callers

Call logs go to a Google Sheet you own and bookings to your own Google Calendar. The receptionist tells every caller it's an AI assistant. Your business remains the data controller for your callers' information, and we provide a data-handling summary for your records. See our privacy notice and terms.
