Terms of Use

Last updated: 6 August 2026

1. About this site

This website (lumin42.com) is operated by lumin42, providing information about our AI operations products and services: ClawbitAI, Sentinel AI, TradeGenius, and the Confidential Intelligence Platform. By using this site you agree to these terms.

2. What this site is (and isn't) today

This is currently an informational site. It does not process payments, host user accounts, or provide a live AI chat interface. The individual product pages describe capabilities of lumin42's products; nothing on this site should be read as confirmation that a specific feature is live for your business until agreed directly with us.

3. Enquiries

The contact form on this site opens your own email client with a pre-filled message addressed to us — it does not submit your details to any server or database we control. Anything you send is a normal email, handled the same as any other correspondence.

4. Accuracy

We aim to keep this site accurate, but AI product capabilities, pricing, and availability can change. Nothing on this site is a binding offer until confirmed directly with us in writing.

5. Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding of this site belong to lumin42. You may not copy, resell, or repurpose it without permission.

6. Liability

This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, lumin42 is not liable for losses arising from your use of this site.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

This is a plain-language terms page for the current informational site, not a full commercial AI-service agreement. If/when lumin42 launches live accounts, chat-based products, or payments, a fuller Terms of Service (covering subscriptions, AI output limitations, and acceptable use) will be needed — a draft template for that already exists in the internal vault. This page has not been reviewed by a solicitor; recommended before relying on it commercially at scale.
