What you're buying
A setup fee (one-off) and a monthly retainer for the Otto plan you choose. You get the stages marked live for that plan. What's included, the start date and the monthly terms are confirmed in a written agreement before you pay anything.
Advice, not professional advice
Otto gives practical business and tooling recommendations. It doesn't give legal, tax, financial, medical or HR advice; those questions are passed to a person, and you should take professional advice where needed.
You stay in control
Otto doesn't act in your systems without your approval. Never share passwords or payment details with Otto; it will refuse them.
Your data
We only use your information to provide the service and keep it confidential. You can ask for a copy or for it to be deleted. See the privacy notice.
Cancelling
Notice periods and cancellation are set out in the written agreement you sign before starting. Your statutory rights are not affected.
